Party Days & Times:
- Parties are held on Saturday only.
- Each party is 1 & 1/2 hours long
- Start times are: 1:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:00pm, 4:00pm, 5:00pm, & 6:00pm
Cost:
- The total party cost is $195.00 for the first 12 children
- Each additional child is $10.00 with a maximum of 20 children.
- A $75.00 non-refundable deposit must be paid when scheduling a birthday party with the remainder of the balance due at the end of the party.
Gym Time:
- There will be 60 minutes of gym time including pit play, inflatables, music, games, and equipment circuits. This active gymnastics fun will be supervised by two Rose's staff members.
Party Room:
- There will be 30 minutes in the party room for refreshments
- A staff member will direct this for you so you can enjoy the party and get great pictures of the fun.
- A refrigerator/freezer is available for your use and a staff member will help you set up at the time of your arrival.
- Everything must be removed at the end of the party, including decorations.
- The Rose’s staff will take care of cleaning the room.
- You may open presents IF time allows

**IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE OUR ROSES GYMNASTICS PERSONALIZED INVITATIONS, PLEASE COME BY OUR FRONT OFFICE AND WE WILL GIVE YOU HOWEVER MANY YOU NEED FOR THE PARTY!**

● 2 Table cloths (the tables are long)

This is just a list of suggestions. What you serve at the party is up to you and we will help you in anyway we can. Please keep in mind the time limit for this area is 30 minutes.
Inquire about our Gym Parties
Parents may come onto the floor to observe and to take pictures. However, we cannot allow any adults in the pit or on the equipment. Please do not put the staff members in an awkward position by breaking this rule. It is for your safety!
NOTE: Rose's Gymnastics requires all birthday party guests to have a signed waiver form prior to participating in the birthday party activities. A waiver will be available at the gym on the day of the party for parents to sign as they arrive with their child. If you will not be attending or bringing your child to the party please fill out the birthday waiver form and send it with your child to the party.
