These developmental groups focus on body positions and shaping, strength, flexibility, and developing sound basic gymnastics skills for future advanced development.
Competitive Opportunities for Girls
- AAU team – Offers all Xcel levels with a lower commitment.
- USA Gymnastics Xcel teams – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, & Diamond levels
- USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic teams – Levels 2 -10
Competitive Opportunities for Boys
- USAG Junior Olympic team – Levels 4 -10
